Rembering My Joy - How Eturnal Wear Was Created
My dad had many talents, interests, and dimensions to his personality. Father. Husband. Woodworker. Fisherman. Traveler. Dreamer. Teacher. Joker. Intellectual. Friend.

His loss left me adrift. Adrift in a swirl of emotions that two years later, I am still processing. Still life had to go on. My family and friends still needed me to show up.

But sometimes, we are forced to stop, and in those sobering moments, we wrestle with everything we’ve been trying to ignore. And I wasn’t exempt from that.

In a season of uncertainty, I questioned my self-worth despite the endless passion and enthusiasm I try to bring to each day. But amid this struggle, I leaned into one of the things bringing me joy. Ironically, it was a joy that was birthed in death. More specifically, my dad’s death.

Bred from a desire—a hope, really—that we can all talk more openly about the nonlinear path of grief, the weight of sorrow, and the hurt that comes with passing, Eturnal Wear was created. There should be room to celebrate and “Remember the Joy,” bound in fond memories that will last eternally.

So I’m curious: how do you “Remember the Joy” when a loved one passes? Eturnal Wear hopes to inspire creativity and give you a tangible option to do exactly that. By creating custom-designed urn wraps that personify the person or pet you’ll eturnally hold in a warm embrace, you’ll have a visual reminder to relish the legacy that was left.  Whatever their passion for life was, Eturnal Wear is dedicated to supporting memories of love, life, and laughter.
