Founder Message
When my dad passed away in December 2022, I was fraught with emotions that went from grief to joy and happiness when reflecting on the past with him. For a long time I struggled through the pain and suppressed it, which only bottled my feelings up more. The challenge I faced, like all of us who have experienced the death of a loved one, is managing through the grief, sadness, and an infinite void left from their passing. While these feelings are natural, my dad would not have wanted me to be forever saddened by his passing. He would have wanted me to remember the joy in his life. The joyful memories of fishing, family vacations, baseball games, driving around singing country music in a ‘84 Honda Accord, and doing math homework together. Ok, the homework part wasn’t too joyful, yet, all experiences are sentimental memories of a life well lived and shared.
My journey of creating Eturnal Wear is symbolic of the need to connect, celebrate, and remember the joy of who my dad was, how he shaped my life, and who he will eturnally be to me. It has provided me the opportunity to express the unique and special person he was in a way that provides the sentimental value I sought. An opportunity that establishing Eturnal Wear enables me to provide others. Which is why here at Eturnal wear, it is my hope that you too can be enabled to share your joy.
