Process
At Eturnal Wear, we pride ourselves on the meticulous process of sublimation printing and sewing custom urn wraps, ensuring each piece is
unique and tailored to fit perfectly. Here's a detailed look at our process:
Designing
The journey begins with your custom design. Whether you choose from our existing
collections or create your own, each design is carefully crafted to
reflect the personality, memories, and spirit of your loved one. Using advanced digital design tools, we ensure your image or artwork is ready for seamless printing onto fabric.
Sublimation Printing
Sublimation printing is where the magic happens. Using a special printer, your design is transferred from the digital file onto transfer paper. We then use heat and pressure to infuse the design onto high-quality lycra or spandex fabric. The heat turns the dye into a gas, bonding it directly with the fibers of the fabric. This process creates a vibrant,
long-lasting image that won't fade, peel, or crack over time.
Cutting the Fabric
Once the fabric has been printed, it is carefully cut to fit the unique
shape of the urn wrap. Each piece is precision-cut to ensure it fits perfectly around the urn, with attention to detail for any specific
design elements or patterns that need to align.
Sewing the Wrap
The final step is bringing the wrap together. Our expert seamstresses sew the fabric pieces, ensuring that every stitch is durable and neat. The stretchy nature of our fabric allows the wrap to easily fit over urns of various shapes and sizes, providing a snug, smooth finish that highlights your design
